Our Tri-Athlete
Rob competed in the Xterra Tri-Athalon, on Saturday. It consisted of a 1 mile swim, 16 mile mountain bike ride, and a 4 mile mountain trail run. He looked dead at the finish. But he finished! We were so proud!

Rob's face in that first shot looks a lot like the face he had after his dad's crazy dune-buggy driving in Glammis sand dunes--just slightly green and deathly sick! Ahh memories!
