Rob always tells me that, "He mountain bikes because he's gotta keep this looking good." (As he points to his body.) But I think it's just an excuse to have some male-bonding time with his brothers. Besides, look at that scenery! 
That was Saturday in Sedona. Looks like a great day for a ride! And they made it home only 2 hours after they said they would! :)

Looks beautiful! When are we going to have a girls weekend where we get to take care of our bodies? I'm thinking massages, manicure, pedicure, shopping...that's what keeps ours looking good!

We biked a lot in Sedona when we were living in flagstaff. It's still one of Steve's favorite places to go. Does he go a lot. We love it so much. I'll be down there next week, so we need to schedule out a time to see eachother. Send me your cell phone number again.
